AIRTEST ANNOUNCES EXTENSION TO WARRANT EXPIRY DATE

Vancouver: Mr. George Graham, the President of ATI AirTest Technologies Inc. (“AirTest”), a provider of sensor technologies for building applications, would like to announce the Company has applied to the TSX Venture Exchange to extend the expiry date for warrants issued as part of a non-brokered Private Placement completed May 16, 2003. The warrant’s expiry date was originally November 12, 2003 and was extended to May 10, 2004. Application has been made for a further extension to October 7, 2004.

The exercise price is $0.23 CAD.

This extension of the warrant expiry date is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture
Exchange.
